On Virtues of Musicians and Romances of Aristocrats, or Szymanowska in Paris
On April 28-29, 2014, in the elegant palace of the Paris Section of the Polish Academy of Sciences the Second International Conference “Maria Szymanowska (1789-1831) and her Times” took place. This meeting of scholars created an opportunity for a review of the state of research about the life and work of Maria Szymanowska, in the context of the contemporary culture, including her connections to eminent artistic personalities
